League Age

Little League determines a players league age based on year and month of birth and is compared to a designated calendar date of the current year.  The designated calendar date for baseball players is April 30.  An easy way to determine your players league age is ask, “How old will my child be on April 30 of this year?”  That age is considered their “league age” that they will play by for the 2016 Spring season.

Finding My League

Players are to register and play at the league they’re zoned for based on their address of residence prior to Feb. 1 of the current year.  Use the link below to determine which league your child is zoned for.

School Enrollment (January 2014 rule change)

Little League recognizes that players like to play baseball and softball with their friends and school class mates.  In January 2014, Little League implemented a new rule that allows a player more playing options.  A player may resided in the boundaries of one league but attend school that is located in another league.  The player may now choose to either register and play in the league he or she resides or the league in which the school they attend.  Certain requirements must be met and the details of this rule can be found at the following link:
